Attendance at any of the Women Economic Forum (WEF) events is at your own risk. The organizers shall not be liable for any death, injury, loss, cost, or expense suffered by any person (including accompanying persons, partners, or attendant caregivers). Specifically, they are not responsible for losses arising from the services provided by hotel companies, transport operators, or other local partners. Nor are they liable for losses due to technical, mechanical, or electrical breakdowns within any premises visited by delegates and/or their partners in connection with the conferences. While every effort will be made to conduct this conference according to the schedule and dates posted, unforeseen circumstances may result in schedule changes or conference cancellation. No liability is assumed for inaccuracies, misdescriptions by any third party, delays, damaged or lost property, personal injury, terrorism, or death.

Recording

The Conference Organizers reserve the right to record sessions in digital or other formats and to use these recordings and their content in future events, publications, or broadcasts.

Payment of Fees

All conference fees and other payments must be received before the conference to ensure registration.

Refund, Substitution, and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and substitution applications for paid registrants must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

Insurance

It is strongly recommended that, when registering for the Conference and making travel arrangements, attendees obtain a travel insurance policy to cover losses, cancellations, medical costs, etc. The Conference Organizers do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to insure their travel and attendance. All participants need to provide their own medical insurance.

Regarding Invitation Letters for the Women Economic Forum Conference

Invitation letters may be treated as a general invitation disseminated to the global community of women worldwide, including the named candidates, to participate in this forum designed to help women globally network and grow their businesses and brands. Candidates may or may not be personally known to the organizers or may have been referred by the community, registered independently on the website, or contacted the organization through social media or other means.

Please note that visa issuance is at the discretion of the concerned authorities according to the rules and regulations of the respective country, following all due norms to ascertain bona fides. ALL Ladies League (ALL) and Women Economic Forum (WEF) do not take any responsibility for any misrepresentation made by the candidate nor provide any recommendation whatsoever.

All expenses, including round-trip airfare, food, stay, medical insurance, and all other personal expenses, will be borne personally by the candidate(s).
