  • What is the allotted time for each speaker to present on stage?
    Each presentation or keynote delivered on stage must be limited to 7 minutes. Please ensure that your message is curated to fit the given time limit.
  • Are presentations allowed, and what is the preferred format? Should we hand over materials before the event or on the day of the event?
    Due to the anticipated number of attendees, presentations will not be allowed. However, a cover slide will be provided to introduce you before your speech on stage.
  • Does the registration cover payment for both days and all events, including the Gala dinner?
    Your registration covers only the day of your scheduled speaking slot. If you wish to attend both days, please register separately for each day. To register to speak, click here. To secure a ticket for the Gala dinner, please register here.
  • Can I register for multiple topics? What is the minimum number of topics required for each speaker?
    You can register for multiple topics, please note that if you have registered for one speaking slot/topic, you have to register and pay for the additional topics. You can register for a minimum of 1 topic and a maximum of 2 topics per day.
  • Am I allowed to change the topic and the schedule that I have registered for?
    Please remember that changes are subject to availability. If you need to modify your topic or schedule, it is best to contact us directly. There is a deadline for making changes, and after that, modifications may not be allowed or might incur a fee.
  • Why do we need to register for speaking engagements, unlike other WEF events where we speak for free?
    As a non-profit organization, the fees collected are intended to cover costs such as the venue, catering, AV support, and other logistics-related expenses. We cannot speak on behalf of previous WEF events regarding their fees.
  • Is GST included?
    Yes, the prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Please be aware that all transactions are processed in US dollars, as this is the standard currency for international business payments.
  • If I register but my visa is not approved, can you refund the registration fee?
    Before registering, please ensure your visa has been approved. We can provide a letter of invitation or additional documents if needed for the visa application.
  • What happens if I fail to attend the event due to an emergency? Will I be able to request a refund?
    WEF has a no-refund/non-transferable policy. Please make sure you review the dates and your availability before you finalize your registration.
  • Could you please let me know if the event is hybrid and if there is an option to attend virtually?
    No virtual or hybrid options are available at this time.
  • Are there dietary options available, and will alcoholic drinks be served during the event?
    To accommodate your dietary preferences or restrictions, please inform us in advance. Alcohol availability varies by event type and local regulations. It may be served at corporate and academic events during networking sessions but could be restricted at health or family-friendly events. For details on the alcohol policy, please check the event information or contact us directly.
  • I plan to bring along a disabled family relative who is a child. Will there be any discounts for registration?
    As a non-profit organization, we do not offer discounts at this time. Our registration rates are fixed because all participants receive the same benefits upon registration.
  • What if I win an award, but due to circumstances beyond my control, I am unable to attend the gala? Will I still be able to claim the award? How?
    If you win an award but are unable to attend the gala, you can still claim it at our office or have it shipped to you. Please note that a shipping fee will incur. Once you have arranged for collection or shipping, we will email you to confirm your shipping address.
  • Upon registration, I only received a transaction slip for my payment. Can I request a sales invoice?
    Yes, you can request a sales invoice. We provide an official invoice upon request, especially for accounting or reimbursement purposes.
