Refund and Cancellation Policy for Participation Fees, Flights, Transportation, and Accommodation

1. Full Refund: Available if cancellation occurs 30 days or more before the event date.
2. 50% Refund: Applicable for cancellations made between 15 to 29 days prior to the event date.
3. 25% Refund: For cancellations occurring between 72 hours and 14 days before the event date.
4. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Special Circumstances:

- Force Majeure: In the event of a force majeure, such as war or other major global emergencies, a full refund will be granted.
- Medical Issues: A full refund is also available with the provision of a valid medical report confirming illness that prevents attendance.
