• Our conferences are designed to help women worldwide network and grow their businesses and brands. However, not all delegates and speakers may be personally known to the organizers; they may have been referred by the community, registered independently on the website, or contacted the organization via social media or other methods. ALL Ladies League (ALL) and Women Economic Forum (WEF) do not take any responsibility for misrepresentations made by any participant under any circumstances. Please verify the bona fides of people you connect with and evaluate relationships with due diligence, as you would in any aspect of life.

• The global network of our Soul Sisters and Supporters relies on our integrity, and this trust must be fostered and safeguarded by every participant with core values of care, concern, and community spirit.

• We are non-religious and non-political. Our objective is to foster a spirit of “sisters beyond borders” to enhance women’s exchange, empowerment, and enterprise internationally. We are co-creating a family of women, Soul Sisters, to support each other in a system for personal and professional growth. Therefore, all interactions, whether in person or on social media, should be positive and free of negativity.

• Information required on our registration forms, including name, job title, organization, picture, and profile, once submitted, may appear on our internet search platforms. Selected information will be uploaded to our website/social media as part of event communications. Contact details submitted will be included in our communication lists.

• During the conferences and related events, participants and designated photographers and event organizers will be taking photographs, streaming live, and recording videos and audios, which may be used for conference and communication-related activities in print and electronic formats.

​

• It is the duty of every participant to comply individually with their own health, safety, legal, visa, and security regulations in relation to the conferences and forums and to stay duly informed and insured at all times.

​

• Any party may cancel the arrangement at any time, without prejudice and without challenge in any court of law for any perceived breach on either side. Closure will be conducted in a spirit of goodwill without any obligations.

• If you cancel your booking or do not attend the event, the conference fee will not be refunded. The WEF Secretariat is not connected to any transactions that may occur directly with other vendors and conference coordinators involved in the event.

• We do not issue visa recommendation letters. Please ensure you meet the visa requirements of the respective country for your travel. Note that the issuance of visas must be determined by the concerned authorities according to the rules and regulations of that country, following all due norms to ascertain bona fides.

• We have a zero-tolerance policy toward sexual harassment or any kind of intimidation or aggression that undermines and violates our core values of care, concern, and community spirit with mutual respect and regard. We reserve the right to admission at all times.

• Women Economic Forum (WEF) reserves the right to upload, remove, or otherwise manage content at its discretion, without disclosing any reasons. In case of adverse situations, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone any event.

​

• WEF/ALL are non-profit NGOs. We do not cover any costs. We believe everyone will benefit greatly in terms of networking, learning, and exploring new avenues and opportunities. The costs of conferences are marginal compared to the benefits of an overall exposure on a global platform that enhances branding and business for all and creates a priceless worldwide network of women where we can enable and empower each other.
